Did anyone else see Sponsel get pummeled by Marrs at the vc dual tournament? What is up with that.

Sponsel is good but Marrs is better

It will be hard for anybody in the upperweights to stop Marrs Bars' shot.

Sponsel needs someone to push him. he found out he needs to be better conditioned. He has thepotential to do it.

I always thought Sponsel needed to work on his feet. When I wrestled him in freestyle a year ago he just seemed a little slower than he should be. I don't know if that's still the case, but that's just what I remember. Also, is Stewart, or is it Stuart?, of Paola at 215 again this year? I'd look to him to give Sponsel a lot to handle if he's gotten bigger, seeing as how he gave up a ton of weight last year.

its jimmy stewart and i believe he wrestled 189 at the olathe north invitational.(i think i read that he got first there) but anyways, if that is right i see no reason why he would bump up to 215 and he should be a force at 189 this year.

Don't count sponsel . This will make him more determined . You watch , he has a lot of pride.
