He won't be a freshman, but Marvio Tischauser should be around that weight and will be making his high school wrestling debut this year after missing last year with injury.

I don't know if Noel Richardson will be at that weight (right now he is 150). He has the potential to surpise a lot of people.

I think he might be cutting to 145...I talked with his mom yesterday and he looks good shape and good sized. I don't know how well Chapman will be this year but 2007 will be competing for NCKL easily.

Hey Aaron, we are both wrong. Noel is weighing 160 lbs. Depends on where everyone else lines up but he won't be loosing more than 5lbs - there is no fat on him.

So I take it that Will is going 171? I don't know how everybody lines up with the upcomming year. I heard lil Michael Poland is trying to make 103 and he will be darn good for the Irish. What weight is Matt Coles going?

Matt Coles is a year younger. The small guys in the Freshman class are Michael Poland and Andrew Todd (who always came close to beating Riffel in practice last year for varsity). Jess and Wade Chamberlin are both around 140-145.

The Freshman are ready to roll. We only lost 3 from last year. One moved to Abilene- 2 are going out for basketball (Skip M. and Nick K.). the rest are all planning on coming back. I hope that we see a few more wrestlers coming in October with the Big Red move. Tough Army men is what we need

We've had some great military dependents in years past come into Chapman that's for sure. It doesn't surprise me that Skip is going basketball. Nick K? what is the last name.

Nick Korakas. He was a good wrestler but unfortunately he suffered a bruise on his heart during a wrestling match (another kid fell down on top of him elbow first and knocked him out-taken to the hospital and that was the diagnosis). Someone said that this year he will try basketball but again, with his heart-I don't know. Great kid. There have been many Junction City transfer's this year but so far, not many athletes.
