Looks like 41 of 56 top 4 medals went to NorthWest/NorthCentral Kansas.

Flores keeps messing with the big dawgs. Good work Effingham.

I saw on another post where "Westfahl" said things had "...evened out all over the state." Get real! Besides this list take a look at the top 10 team scores. I believe 8 of the top 10 came from the P-Burg and Lakin regional. Someone else said earlier Lakin regional was going to be "Absolutely nothing special". Look at the state placings and face FACTS! Western reginals have always been tougher and kids from them always placed higher at state.What some people are basing their information on I have no idea but wishful thinking does not stand up.

Not that this will make a difference or anything, but how 'bout you chalk up another 1st place medal for the Rock Creek regional. Two Effingham wrestlers won at 160 and 189.

Someone out west once did the comparison of placers with out ACCHS included in the East. Lets see 22-12 (Hoxie) equals nothing special.

Obviously this is a sore spot for you "Fanatic" so I must assume you are from the east. Do not take things personally just face the facts and move on. Wrestling in 321A has always been dominated by the western part of the state and it obviously was again this year. Since Hoxie went to the Lakin regional I dont know why you are even talking about not counting them but justify things however you want. Also look at the top 10 team scores. How many of those teams went to the Lakin Regional? I would not say it was the toughest but definetly tougher than the two eastern regionals.

Any truth to the talk that fanatic is an assistant coach at ACCHS?
