did anyone see the article in the Kansas city star on saturday concerning new high school rules for the 2006-2007 season.
1.boys must have at least 7% body fat and girls 12%
2.no one will be allowed to lose more than 1.5% of their body weight a week
3.you will not be able to gain more than 1 pound a day in a two day tournament and no more than 2 pounds total no matter how long the tournament is.
there was more this is just what I remembered they are doing this to keep kids from cutting too much weight.
