I heard from some kids that go to college here and are supposedly friends with the Heckels that A.J. broke his ankle at Garden City. Was anyone there that knows if there is any truth to this? Thanks

I was at the Garden City tournament and watched A.J wrestle the match he got hurt. I figured it was nothing big even though the next day he was on crutches for part of the day, I just thought it was something that he might be able to walk off because he didn't use the crutches all day. But I heard later that he had hurt something pretty bad...whether or not it was a break or not I'm not sure. I've heard that he won't wrestle this weekend for league but he should be ready for Regionals.

heard he (A.J) cracked a non-weight bearing bone in his ankle? and that his brother re-aggravated a football injury. I have known his brother for as many years as he has wrestled, and with that said they will be ready come regionals and State

They won't wrestle this weekend because both are academically inelgible not because they are hurt...

we dont need to discuss ones grades, yes its very important. However, we all could of just considered them out with injury, and left it at that.
