Hey Shoffner, where do you practice for freestyle? Also what weight do you think you'll wrestle next year?

This is Kosko. I was wondering about where you practice because some of our guys goes up to Blue Valley NorthWest I think, and I'd need partner. How much have you gained since state? I'm at about 175-180.

Dang dude, you got fat. I'm wrestling 155 now for Kids' State this weekend and will be wrestling 152 for Junior State/Regionals/Nationals. The cutting weight sucks but the rewards are nice. I'll be up at BVNW quite a bit this spring/summer as well as the Training center.

There is a freestyle tournament in Pella Ia, on April 5th as well for Kids, High School, and Open wrestlers. If anyone is interested I can try to get a flier posted.

Good luck at kids state, i'm too old for that. I gained alot of muscle back, I've only got about 10% body fat. My lifts all went up about 30-40 lbs in a month. For Junior nationals i'll try to get down to 170 or 165. When is that by the way?

Junior Nats. is in July and the weight classes are the same as HS weights.
