Where is Tucker Olsen?? He is 18-1 with a win over Ross of St. Francis and a New Mexico State Champ. He won The Sainty Tourney and the Liberal Tourney. Deserves a mention on the list??

My appologies, Olsen does seem to be having a good year. It is difficult for me to include everybody, especially when I am out of state and not getting all the results that I would have gotten last year. It is also difficult for me to gauge who is wrestling well or not, considering I am not seeing any of the great competition I saw last year at tournaments like Derby, Colby, Hays and Basehor-Lindwood. Please exucse me for leaving a few deserving names off the list.

Olsen did beat Ross. Then the next week he turned around and lost to Keck from Oberlin. Then the following week Ross pinned Keck. Maybe they should all be on the list.

How about Cisper beating Steinmetz this weekend? He really is looking great this year with his only loss coming to Malloy in overtime, I think.

Cisper should pick up some votes after this weekend's win.

I can't believe that not a single solitary soul has voted for Pursel. Come on folks, he was a state champ last year!

... and he should! He lost a very close match in the finals of Paola to Nathan Payne. I believe the final score was 3-2.

Some consideration also needs to go to Derek Ross of Saint Francis who only lost to Blake Malloy by one, 6-5.

Even if he was a state champion last year, Pursel has still lost head to head match-up's with Cisper and Payne, meaning he's not the best. If this poll were for the top five or something to that effect, then maybe he should get votes, but he's definately not the top wrestler in this group.

Malloy is not the most dominant. I have never known him to be a dominant wrestler. However he is one thing: consistent. He does what it takes to win match after match. He doesn't get a lot of falls or score outlandish amounts of takedowns, but he knows how to win.

did any one see the match between malloy and ross in the hays finals? Ross hit him with a high-crotch and you could see it in malloy's eyes that he was beat right there. I'm saying that if these two were to square off again that Ross would when.

Sorry that I had to correct you, but I am sure that if I didn't, then Prant would have.

Thank you, Phil, for joining the Proper Spelling Movement. And also, thank you for finally mentioning me in the 171 post. I was beginning to think you guys had forgotten about me and all my dominance.

Prant, shame on you!

I thought you would at least be able to get the name of your own organization right. Proper Spelling Moment? Is there ever a moment for improper spelling? I didn't think so.

Ouch. Good burn, and a deserved one at that. I apologize, and will edit my post accordingly.

Hey, I can't help it if I was out all night with 500 ladies...

Besides, I only got 2nd in the Theodore Roosevelt Elementary spelling bee, so I'm not superperfect.
