In the Gardner Semi's Augusta's David Henning, ranked NO. 6 in 5A, lost a close 4-5 decision to Crosson of Shawnee Hts. who in turn lost 0-1 to the #1 ranked Cullor of Paola. How close can this get and are the other three ranked wrestlers going to wrestle this close also next week.
Things happen at state. I know. I had a good high school friend who defeated another wrestler 1-0 in double overtime in the regional match, only to get to the state finals and pin the same kid in something like 37 seconds. Stuff does happen.
