What are the requirements to qualify for the academic allstate?

I knew I should have put this on the first time.

The requirements are:

1. Must be a Senior
2. Wrestled at least 10 varsity matches
3. .500 or better record
4. The student's GPA for 10th, 11th, and the first semester 12th grades must be;
a. 3.5--4.0 First Team
b. 3.0--3.49 Honorable Mention
5. GPA must be varified by the school's guidance counselor or principal
