Kids out west that wrestled well this week in the 4A classification.
Garcia-Colby at 145.
Bahe-Goodland at 119 (beat Richards of Sainty in the finals).
Schields-Goodland at 152 (had a big win this weekend over Finley of Colby who placed 3rd at state last year)
Dreiling-Scott City at 135 (had a huge win over recent FHSU signee and multiple state placer Dylon Lloyd of Saint Francis this week).
Scott City had a few other boys wrestle well this weekend. Mettlen (160) won the tourney in a bracket that was pretty tough and Warta won at 140. I don't think Warta's weight was very tough, but he looked improved over last year.
It also appears that Colby may have a couple of sophomores in Olsen(125) and Luedke(112) that are pretty good. I believe both were state qualifiers last year as freshmen and look much improved. Not sure how stiff the competition was this weekend, but they appeared to wrestle pretty well.

So I've heard that 4A is the toughest class. Is this true?

And how do you think Weatherbee will do once he gets back from his injury, Chance at State Title or not?

Well Jared Edison looked pretty good this weekend but i think Wes Barrett should have won Outstanding Wretler because he said he wasn't going to get scored on and he didn't. Looks like he found a few new moves this year. The freshman Allison who i think is from El Dorado could be a future state champion in a few years he really impressed me evn though he got second place at 145.

It depends on what weight Weatherbee is at. I do not think he will win it at 140, which is the weight I've heard he will be at.

I've heard that he's cutting alot of weight this year and intends to get down around 125-130. (Just the word being passed around.)

Just because you say you won't get scored on and don't doesn't always mean anything. I'd like to see him say that before regionals or state.

It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get up.

sounds like the middles weights 125-145 are "loaded" in 4A, what will be interesting is seeing how the Colby Tournament turns out this weekend and who comes out on top, I've heard alot about Santa Fe, Colby, Goodland, Hoxie, Phillipsburg, should be interesting.

Well i would say at 125 it's between Fisher, Fox, and Hinman.
At 130 i really dont know how all that will go but we will get to see Tanner Dawson and Wes Barrett at Douglass this weekend.
At 135 I dont know who all is there.
