No offense, but I don't think that Bober or Claus will make it into the finals.

If football players had guns and landmines were in the endzone then there wouldn't have been Vietnam

Norton

There is at least 5 other teams that could make your same argument In fact Silver Lake is taking 10 of which 4 are 1 seeds and 4 are 2 seeds. But reality is that Norton is taking 9 of which 8 are returning state placers that scored 113.5 points. Thats 4 more placers than anyone else and 50 more points. I dont think anyone is just giving it to them but the real battle is for 2 thru 5.

I'm not saying Cody Hazzard of Lyons will win 145 (it is arguably the toughest 3-2-1A weight) but he's undefeated and really had little problem with once beaten Ryan Patterson of Garden Plain in the Hoisington finals. This weight will be fun - it's soooo deeeeeep.

Gienger beat Harding at regionals. Good match, but Gienger had the edge on harding for te win. And Wilger is looking tough. Heavyweight should be another fun weight to watch late in the tourney.

ALL NINE of Norton's qualifiers are returning state placers; not just from 2005. Kent Mann at 130 was a state placer in 2004 but did not qualify for state in 2005.

Norton will walk over everyone and has a very good chance to win the Olympics.

I dont think a freshman (Bainter) can be a returning state placer. In less you are counting Kids State.

Zlatnik is 6-0 vs Demars this year, in those matches Demars has only scored 5 points, so I'm confused as to why some of you seem to think Demars will win it all!

I think Cole Zogleman will beat Hase and Ceman at 103 and will win it all. Hazard will also give Pyle a good match and Hazard will win 145

Wow Zlatnik is 6-0 over Demars- thats alot of matches. Not sure it is true but I hear they practice together- that would be good competition in the practice room

I predict the 3A State hospitality room will be nowhere near as good as Hoisington

I think that if hase and zogleman meet in the semi-finals, it will be a good match but i think hase will pull it off.
