For those who follow other states' wrestlers, Texas had their private school State Championships on Friday (public schools are this weekend in Austin). All 3 Adamson' (Riley @112, Dak@130 and Ace@152) and both Ashmore' (Ben @125 and Luke @140) won individual championships. Bishop Lynch crowned 8 individual champions, the first 7 weights in a row and finished 2nd as a team to Dallas St Mark's. There were a total of 11 schools for 15 weight classes (same as Kansas, with a 180 lb class). All 15 St Mark's wrestlers placed in the top 4.

St. Marks is in the Houston area.
If you've never been beaten, you've never been far away enough from home.
