I believe the top four fighting for number one will be Aquinas, Bishop Carroll, Lansing, and Valley Center! Bishop Carroll may be handicapped with the injury to their 135 lber.!

That's your opinion Richard. I'm sticking to my picks. I'm not afraid to be proven wrong. I still think Carroll has a shot to get 4 in the finals.

The answer to gutstench's anti-Catholic question is...All chock-full of hard-nosed experienced wrestlers. Regardless of creed, or color. If you are looking for something that might not pass the "smell-test" on close inspection...What do Caldwell and Beard from Goddard have in common. Besides newly minted gold mdeals. Answer. They will be of draft age 2 years before anyone else in thier class. There are other smelly things about Goddard's program, but I'll leave it at that

I would like to say congradulations to Caldwell and Beard and not many represent people like girly in the post above. Most of us know you guys have worked hard are passionate about the sport are well represented by parents with much more class than girly. I hope you guys three more gold metals each (in highschool) and something greater than that after highschool. Theese guys I hope represent the future generation. Kansas wrestling needs it.

Mr. Church, You are right. I do think that Caldwell and Beard are deserving champions. I was impressed by both kids. I was just responding to the endless anti-Catholic school drivel that Gutstench spews. There are genuine and appropriate reasons why a kid may be a year behind in school, and I honestly understand such matters. The sour grapes syndrome from "Stench" obviously did flare-up my "girly" side and you were right to bust me on it. Thanks for keeping me in check.

You guys had one heck of a team this year, but I heard a rumor that Caldwell and Beard are transferring to Bishop Lynch. Any info?
