I'm surprised at HWT we didn't have either Holton's HWT or Paola's HWT!

Gents, I'm gonna be brutally honest and you're gonna hate me for this. Our KS boys don't stand half a chance. I hope they come in with some fight in 'em though. That MO crowd cheering, jeering and plain laughing at KS has been tough to take. I've watched the MO boys and they're a rough bunch, hammers on top. All really fundamental. If the MO team takes KS seriously they'll have our boys on their backs kickin' like jumebugs. Prove me wrong or face it, its time to get KS boys some good coaching and time to take our teams on the road across state lines. Gutwrench predicts: Ks Mo Perez dec Casewell 3- 0 Nay dec Livengood 3- 3 Shumate dec Bainbridge 6- 3 Gaston dec Sharp 6- 6 Miller maj Madl 6- 10 Graham maj Hurla 6- 14 Graham tech Flynn 6- 19 McClure dec Madl 6- 22 Koelling pins Bailes 6- 28 Bowman dec Erisman 6- 31 Henson dec Kellerman 6- 34 Stewart dec Brewer 9- 34 Ott dec Born 9- 37 Bowen dec Thompson 12- 37

I think Bird would have been a better choice for 130lbs. But Kansas does not put up there best line up aginst that Missouri squad. It will always be like this intil Kansas makes some changes.

Bird at 130, that is funny, when he didn't even compete the 2nd half of the season. I did see him at state though. But it was in the stands. Ha

I'm with the stench on this one - KANSAS coaches suck!! Hey stench, how about you teach US coaches how to be successful. I know I would pay Big $$ to attend your coaching clinic.... you make me sick!

A better choice, I don't think so. But that is your opinion and your entitled to it but that is all. I think they have made the choices, not likely there will be any changes. Sorry, maybe next year. Oh, just in case you didn't know this is for seniors. Not Juniors.

ol AC dog, when you're feelin' better roll off the couch you got on your front porch and call some of them Okie coaches. Put together a KS-OK shoot out for the senior boys. Let's see if you're any better off in your part of KS.

Kansas will do pretty well aginst them but, we are the underdoggs. We only won 3 to 4 times and that is not to good. Missouri just put up a better squad then us every year. We can't help that because we are getting Missouris best side of the State witch is a power house.
GOOD LUCK KANSAS MEN WE WILL BE PROUD OF U WIN OR LOSE.

Kansas City Kansas,
Heard you had a good practice tonight. MO state finals have been on TV twice today. Channel 3 on Kansas City Road Runner Cable. Probally want to check out the guide to see when it will be on again. Watched Eric and Brain Graham but then headed to wrestling practice.
Many of you have wrestled most of these guys since you were six, so I know you are familiar with them. Still, it is worth scouting them one more time before the dual.
Good luck Kansas!

It will be much closer than gut thinks. Perez, Bailes, Erisman, Kellerman, Stewart and Strawn will win. Livengood, Shumate and Bowen might just swing this thing our way. With those last 3 guys winning, KS wins 30-25. All three lose and we're down 21-34.
