Send four copies of the form to Kathy Juby with a check for $35.00. I would get it sanctioned, for insurance purposes. There is big liability otherwise. After that you can follow other tournaments you have been to, what worked what didn't. Main things to have, medical, enough mats, good officials and lots of food.
