What I am asking is the state could keep these weekends from having so many tournaments they could tell you to have it on another weekend.
Say like this last weekend Mill Valley, Topeka, And Fort Scott all had tourneys. So maybe only two of them have a tournament and make the third one find a different weekend.
Can the state board do that?
