Goodwin got alot of meat to put on those bones if he's going to make 125. Most college guys will cut from about 140 to wrestle at 125. I saw Garcia over Christmas at a workout he was a good 140 and looked skinny!

Hey Brandon - I heard if you eat like 5 Arby's roast beef sandwiches at a time it will put weight on you. I have seen the boy put away a 5 for $5.95, and then three or four roast beefs on top of that, and still want more.

I see that Alex Whitehill from McPherson has signed to play football at Fort Hays State, does this mean that there may be a possibility of him also wrestling for hays as well
