This is all made way to confusing. The problem with to many rules is it takes more rules to make it clear. It's rediculous. If the kid is legaly enrolled in school because of a legit move or something let the kid compete. The reason we have to have all these rules is because there are to many whiners. Who cares if a kid moves!!!! If the kid moves for serious personal reasons then give the kid a break. If a kid moves for athletic reasons so be it. If he is moving becaue of the coach then why would a coach even want him.
