Ya, i was Student Council president of my high school and i had booked got him as a guest speaker during state wrestling weak during my senior year and sure enough i woke up on the morning it happend and saw that he had been in the snowmobile accident almost froze to death and had severe frost bite. Ya, i has one of my biggest heroes slated to speak at my school, where i would introduce him, during the biggest week of my wrestling life and he almost died. But if you know me that is my luck, and i understand i didnt have the bad end of the deal of course he did, but i still couldnt beleive it happend. So that is my Rulon Gardner story, people always seem to find it interesting or atleast mauk me with it later.
