Taylor,
I have always admired your athletic abilities - whether it be wrestling or baseball - you are definitely one of the best athletes I have seen at the high school level. I really enjoyed your heart and determination. However, what makes you unique is your strong character. I watched from afar this year as you dealt with adversity so well. You handled it not only with class, but you set an example for everyone on what the term captain truly means. Alot of kids would have walked away knowing their season was over, but I saw you at each of BVNW's tournaments leading your team. Then at State this past weekend, you were one of the first to congratulate my son Austin on reaching the finals even though he attends a rival school. You are a fine young man and I wish you only the best.
