When are the seeding meetings for the district tournaments and how does a person bring an agenda to the table concerning kansas wrestling and when do they elect officers for district offices?

A good place to start would be at your District Meetings generally held in October -

If it is something concerning "Kansas", either get it to your Distrit Director or send it directly to Jeff Sheets (Kansas Kids State Director). We hold our Exec. Council Meeting in Sept & January (generally)
