Well here they finally are I have sent Mike Juby the brackets for the District tournament for District 1. I know that I did not get them posted as fast as some of you may have wanted but we did get them done. I would like to personally thank everyone that helped put this information toghter. This has been and is a learning experience. I would not be able to do this job with out the help of so many good people out there. Keep up the good work and don't let the critisisum take this District down. We all are trying our best to change things and keep on the right track. A big thank you to all the clubs also.
Thank you again. Tuff Hermreck District#1 Director

Thanks for all your hard work... It is not easy to get it all done. I would like to let everyone know that we have had some more important things happen to a longtime wrestling family in the District 1 area. This young wrestler has had an uncle die for no apparent reason. So there are more important things in life than seeing who your kid will be wrestling this weekend. So please give your wife, son, daughter, husband, or grandchild a big hug and I love you because tomorrow may be to late.

OldNgray,
They'll probably be where the others are. Mike just probably hasn't got around to putting them on the website yet.

I have not received the information from Tuff yet, but the Internet and email do not always work as smoothly as we might like. I've notified Tuff that the brackets didn't arrive and I'm sure that he'll try again as soon as he gets my message.
I'll try to keep a close watch for them. Once I receive the file, it still takes me a little while to format the data for presentation on the website. Hopefully we'll have something up this morning.

They're not actual brackets, but they are the in the order of the bracket matchups in list form. They are found in the same place the other district entries are, under State Champ link at the bottom left of this page then in the 2007 Qualifier Tournaments link at the top.

He was a #2 seed. Did he make weight? Did he get hurt? Did he get surprised by the level of competition? Some kids kick back after high school wrestling finishes. One thing is for sure. The older a wrestler gets, the bigger head-case he/she becomes. I'm living proof.
