This year we are going to try and improve the Weigh-in experience.
As you enter the room you must proceed to your district table and pick-up a weigh-in card. Then go to the Weigh-in entry for hair and finger nail checks. If you wear a skull cap you must bring it with you, your arm will be marked and as well as the card. Then you will go thru skin checks and have your arm marked.
We will have 8 scales set up and you may weigh at any scale if you make weight we keep the card. If you do not make weight we will keep the card and you try again later. But you must go back to the orginal scale to try again. After 5:30 you can challenge any scale. But someone from your orginal scale will go with as you challenge another scale.
Please review the rules on weight cutting as they will be strictly enforced.
On skins checks you must have the form found on this website and a note written on your Doctors letter head. Having only one does not count, you must have both.
