Your post undoubtedly expresses what many coaches and/or parents should have said about their behavior but couldn't find the guts to say. Although I don't know you, I know what you said took a great deal of soul searching and you deserve much respect and appreciation for it. Hopefully, others will follow your example when the time is appropriate. Thank you for setting an example.
