Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School Wyatt Frohling Get Well

Hello Coaches and wrestlers. Wyatt Frohling of Russell, Kansas was involved in a motorcycle accident this past week. He was riding home to his Parents in Iowa when a deer jumped out across the highway and knocked Wyatt off his cycle. Wyatt was brusied and suffered a broken shoulder. He is scheduled to have surgery in Great Bend. He said, " that damm deer hit Me like a linebacker" I am glad he did not find the deer. I think he was more upset that he would not be able to come over and watch some good wrestling at the Southern Plains Tournament in Hays Ks. RMG

Hey Wyatt, those dang things are sneaky, aren't they? I smacked one on my bike a year ago, on April 5th to be exact. I was a little luckier than you were, but the deer didn't fare too well. How much bike damage?

I went out with wyatts son adam this weekend for a drink and he said wyatt was in good spirits and doing as well as could be expected. As far as the bike goes B, wyatts daughters boy friend told me that their was just a little scratch on it, Adam told me wyatt had just put on his leather jacket about half an hour before the accident, so that is a blessing and might have saved some injuries, anyways, just thought i would give an update on what i know and like everyone else im hoping for a speedy recovery for Coach Frohl.
