When I hold my cursor over the flashing icon, I'm told I have one unread private message. When I double click on the icon, I don't see this unread message.
Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong....Thanks.

I've tried that as well, and still no message......only the flashing envelope icon.

My son Tanner has that same problem. A flashing envelope and no messages.

I have the same problem. I set up the email notification when I receive a new message & ignore the envelope.

I just received an automated message from Mike Juby that was dated 7-30 welcoming me. Once I deleted it the flashing envelope was gone.

Hopefully this issue is now fixed for everyone. I was not aware that this was a problem until recently (I confess that I'm not always current in following all of the talk forums and did not see this thread earlier). If you are still seeing a flashing envelope without an associated private message, please let me know at mikejuby@usawks.com.

The flashing icon sightings are gone! We can now train for the upcoming season with no distractions.
