Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School what to do with wycowrstling.org

Unfortunatly at the time of my dismissal I was planning on being the new 5A ranking cordinator and I had develop this website to be used as a tool for the entire state. Honestly I dont know what to do what the site, if I should continue to finish it before the wrestling season starts or just let it all go.

I wanted to allow tournaments both kids and high school to have online registration, where they can download all the entried sorted by weight class into a spread sheet, post results or tournament updats online, each high school or club to have a home page with news article relavent to them, rosters, bio, maps and location information etc... however I didnt and wont create a talk forum as i dont want to take away from this great site.

If you want me to continue this site or have any ideas for it let me know... If there is no demand for it then i will let it rest.

I think the site has great potential. I really like the idea of posting rosters for each school and I would be glad to promte this site among the coaches and those who keep the stats for each team. I love our current results page, but it is only as good as the input that is turned in. To have all of the classes on one site with in-depth reports for each team would be really nice!

I currently maintain a statistical web site for our team at SM East and would be glad to help in any way.

yeah I wanted to make a stats section too where coaches or managers and keep track of stats online and print out reports instood of buying expensive stat software

There are sites that are very inexpensive to maintain stats for your team. ($20 a year). The value comes when you can have a centralized place to view every team in the state. That would be a great resource to have and would promote interest in Kansas wrestling.
