We started our team last year and went through the same process. I recommend you talk with Gonz Medina at Blue Chip Athletic. They do a fantastic job for us.
We went with the old fashioned cotton Gray Hoodie and matching sweatpants. We did this because our Jr high and High school aged wrestlers recommended it. All of us parents wanted the nice nylon with liner type material but the experienced kids told us they didn't like those to warm up in. They just wanted the cotton gray with our logo on it. All the kids really like them.
