Each tournament Director controls the ability to release that information to the public.
Trackwrestling allows that information to be viewed if released by the Director.
I know that some Directors do not release the information too early because they do not want to deal with phone calls from parents who view the entries then try to change their wrestlers weights.
In smaller tournaments they may have to combine brackets after weigh-ins have completed and scratches have been removed. It is easier to wait until weigh-ins are finsihed before releasing the information.
