Okay guys. Our wrestling banquet is tomorrow night and I will get the workout times from the coaches then. I will get them posted either late tomorrow or Thursday. We should start on Monday and go all week. Read the begining post for more details.

The first practice will be held at Shawnee Heights High School at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17th. Enter through the Northern most entrance.

On Monday the guys can decide what time they want to go the rest of the week. Unless you see something different here plan on going at 1:00 each day.
