no that isnt true. there is an actual 6 and under division. there is not a 4 and under division. the fact is since there is a 6 and under division that does everything the 8 and up do they should not be left out. they should also not be pushed into moving up to the 8 and under division for a chance to compete at a state tournament. they pay their dues. let them be like everyone else. if not then might as well not even have a 6 and under division sanctioned. then the tournaments could just sign up 6 and unders on their own without the fees. now that would not make any sense would it. dont know why it was ever voted on in the first place. if there is a 6 and under division paying fees then there should be a 6 and under at the state tournament.
