If I had to put money on any of the wrestlers coming out of the 14 and under bracket at the state tournament, I think putting money on Scott Elliott 120 champion would be a safe bet. I think he could make an impact next year.

Scott Elliott indeed will be very competitive. I will throw in the following names as well!

Boaz Beard
Tyler Caldwell
Karl Detmar
Peter Eck
Brent Fisher
Trison Graham
Keller twins
Elijah Madison
Garrett Miller
Stephen Santiago
Marvio Tischhauser

There are other impact freshmen, however those few are the ones which quickly come to mind.

Romero Cotton will be as phyical as any high schooler. Atticus Disney will be a freshman but will probably not see many freshman or sophomores at 189. Kevin Callahan, Marvio .... the list goes on and on. It is really exciting to see these guys go from 5 and 6 year olds to high school.

Mitch Arnold is another great wrestler that will be a freshman next year. He and Jared Hensley had a very exciting match for 1st place last weekend. Both of these young men will be ones to watch.

All of the kids mentioned above are great wrestlers, but I feel we may be leaving one out. Dustin Moses had to miss the majority of the year due to a shoulder injury, but he will still be one of the toughest freshman coming in to high school next year!!!!!!!

T.J. Lorson will be a solid freshman at 171,189. He's got good mat instinct. His only loss was to somebody from STA who was pretty tough.

I'm sorry I don't know the kid's name, but I think he placed in high school state this past year.

Anybody know the kid's name?
