If not recognized by KSHSAA and supported financially there would be all sorts of factors that would make it not happen. 1) everyone knows KSHSAA guidelines and how they impede progress as far as limiting what the Kansas wrestler can do 2) Not all families would attend after 2 prior weeks of travel/finances.
3) risk of injury which could affect one's collegiate career.
4)many are ready for season to be over 5) demographics/facilities/cost involvement etc.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it happen but doubt it ever will come to fruition in today's existence of KSHSAA guidelines.
