Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle Need hotel rooms for Topeka March 28,29.......

We had 25 rooms booked at a hotel, with a "had to reserve date" of 2/21/08. That apparently did not mean "thru" 2/21/08, so we lost them at midnight 2/20/08. We are about 10 rooms short right now, so if anyone has a block reserved that they know they won't need, please private message me and we'll get them gobbled up.

Try these...all have agreed to the rates listed for the event weekend. They all have reserved "blocks" of rooms for our weekend. Make sure you tell them you are in town for the USA Wrestling event.

There are many others. You can call me if you have a question about a particular hotel and I will give you my opinion. I hope this helps. I will restate...PLEASE TELL YOUR HOTEL THAT YOU ARE IN TOWN FOR THE USA WRESTLING EVENT.

The lady at the Baymont Inn was very helpful. We found our 10 rooms there. I believe they still have 10-12 queen bed (one bed) rooms left as of a few minutes ago. Jenny was her name I believe, and their number is 785-273-0003. She quoted me $75 per night, don't know if that is their group rate or if everyone gets that rate.

Convention and visitors bureaus lady put me onto them. Thanks Leanna. CVB also gave me the Hyatt place, saying they had 5 rooms left, 785-273-0066.

Also said Residence Inn had 20 rooms left, 785-271-8903.
