Duane was facing us when he hurt his shoulder. I think that hurt a lot more then we know and he continued on will alone. I beleive he was at the trash can not b/c of conditioning but because of the nausea from the shoulder. I was really scared it was serious but apparently it wasn't. However, I think that was the turning point for him.
