The seedings that you saw are the seedings to start. Every seeding after that is random and they will be place accordingly.So if you saw 1-8 seeding then that is all the seeding they are doing before randomly selecting everyone else.
There some very good kids not shown in the seedings which for me would be fine as a coach and father to a wrestler. Good luck at Tulsa!
