Who is responsible for calling the 5th place finisher of a tournament if one of the 1st through 4th place wrestlers pulls out? Is is the sub-district tournaments job, or the district tournaments job?

I don't know about who chooses 5th place finishers but, I am making the assumption that it is at the district level. I am also wondering when the bout numbers will be posted for the District tournaments for Sat.? Does anyone know that? I see the brackets online but no bout numbers?

saturday morning I would guess. They would post anything until after weigh ins on friday.

In District 1 Mark Stanley called the north and I called the south. So if we missed anyone please let us know so we can get them fixed.
