District 1's tournament flyer states weigh-ins are from 4-7 on Friday night???

District 1's Standing rules states

10) District 1 qualifying tournaments Mandates the following weigh-in times:

Sub District & District tournaments
Friday weigh-in 6:00p-8pm
sat weigh-in 6;30-7:30am

So which is it? and if a wrestler shows up at 7:02 will he be told to come back in the morning?

Our club announced at practice last night 4-7; we will be there at 4:00

District 1 weigh in's will be from 4:00 - 8:00
this was an over site, of the standing rules and we will honor the 8:00pm weigh in times.
