Bid Solicitation for Surplus Property

The Stanberry R-II School District Board of Education has voted to offer the following surplus property item for bid:

Resilite RSP Wrestling Mat

Size: 38’ x 38’

Description: The mat was purchased in 1997. It has not been reconditioned. The entire mat is black with gold strips and emblems. Match side has regulation circle and is in excellent condition. The other side has practice circles only and has seen much more use.

Minimum Bid: There is a minimum bid on this item of $900

Bidding Procedure: Interested parties should complete the attached sheet. The bid sheet must be received in a sealed envelope marked “wrestling mat bid” no later than NOON Central Standard Time on May 19th, 2008. Bids will be opened by the Board of Education at their meeting presently scheduled for May 19th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

The Stanberry R-II Board of Education has the right to refuse any bid not meeting the minimum bid, not following the above procedures, or for other irregularities.
