I thought this first open wrestling night was for High School kids only. Is that not correct?

Have a 12 year old who weighs about 83. Only been wrestling for a less than two seasons. Currently plays football, so hasn't wrestled since last season. What level is your 12 year old?

Steph,

You may want to post this on the Kids Forum as well. Not everyone looks on the High School Forum too. This is going to be great for pre-season competition. I know that they have been working on it for a while, glad to see that it is happening.

We sold cards and we will be selling them next week too. We had 23 wrestlers tonight. Great opportunity to get some mat time before the season starts. We had a couple of OT matches and it looks like EVERYONE needs to work on conditioning!! Hope to see 40 wrestlers next week!

DON'T FORGET TO SIGN UP FOR THE FALL BRAWL!!!

Will,

I don't know what has changed, but in the last few months I see a little more promoter in you.

Great job last night guys! Tanner got 3 competitive live matches. Really good to meet Coach May also. His intensity solidifies my high hopes for Baker.

man this would be a great way for some of those inexperienced referees to get some mat time also. why hasnt wichita started this yet. all the clinics that cost 50 bucks an hour. come on what we need is actual mat time and not worry about making 50 bucks per hour per kid. it should be for the kids.
