Having this tournament on the same weekend as Kansas High School State was a bad choice. How many siblings of high school wrestlers - including my own 8 year old, had to miss this tournament since the rest of the family was at high school state? He placed 2nd last year and was ready to try for first this year but you don't miss your high schooler wrestling at State for a kids tournament - National or not! Next year schedule on a weekend that doesn't conflict!
