There is no formal policy. I'd suggest starting with a simple request to the coach or club director. If they refuse or are unable to provide proof of age to you, your club director or a district officer within a reasonable amount of time (probably one week or so), then you should send an email to me at
mikejuby@usawks.com. I would need the following details to help me follow up on the matter:
- Name of wrestler
- Tournament where the issue arose
- Age group in which the wrestler was competing
- Club the wrestler was competing for
- Any steps you took to try and confirm the wrestler's age
