Every chartered club received one back in November, perhaps you can borrow one from the club!

Alot of Sporting Good stores also carry them.

They can be also ordered through the NFHS ...

I'm not sure either but it was not because you became bronze certified!

I ordered one last year from NFHS. I would suggest getting a new one every year so you know rule changes, new points of emphasis, etc. I think it only costs $5. I wish everyone would put one on the back of their collective toilets and memorize those things!

The fact that girls are forced to wrestle at state in the middle of the week is laughably sexist.

Mr. McCarthy:

The topic title specifically requests information for the Folkstyle rulebook. The link you provided is for the Freestyle, Greco, Womens and Beech wrestling rulebook.

Richard,

Did you miss page 65 of the link above and where it talks about folkstyle.

FOLKSTYLE COMPETITION
For folkstyle competitions, the National Federation of State High School
Associations match scoring wrestling rules are suggested guidelines, with the
addition of the USAW Kids illegal hold modifications, for Kids Division events,
and no one period to exceed two minutes. Weight classes may be modified.
In folkstyle wrestling, the three quarter nelson with a leg hook is legal in USAW Folkstyle events.

I should have been more specific. I was checking if you would miss that page.
