The SE Coach is David Tawater. As mentioned he was an assistant at BC last year and is very deserving of this recognition.

Beyond his knowledge and skill in the sport, he taught my son alot about goals and achievement when he was at BC. In fact, he still is teaching him.

Yesterday my son really messed up in a match against a SE kid and got caught. When Coach Tawater shook his hand after the match, I noticed that he pulled my son close and talked to him. I asked my son what he said to him, and what Coach Tawater said was "Hey, you were clearly the better wrestler, you got caught. But remember that this doesn't mean s--t, as next weekend is regionals. Get this out of your head and get ready for regionals."

I thought that was a classy thing to do and exemplifies who Coach Tawater is.
