Its not like most people are able to go through a budget and finacial report and understand it and find savings in the next couple of week- heavens- even years. Try getting the opportunity to get answers from the people that know and finding ways to cut anything - everyone has a reason for the money they get or spend. And really they all might be right- just something has to give.
