another D3 kid that has been at 58 for a tourny and dropped last year is Joint from Junction City. He was at 58 for a tourny and might be there for the March run.
Other D2 kids are Bartel from Goddard and possibly Stuart from WWC--Stuart had wrestled anywhere from 52-58.
