who is going to step up and take old marshal down?? how is the foot little nathnel?

Marshal got taken down yesterday by a very good Wrestler in Jacob Nowak 5-4, he has never beaten Jacob, it was a good match, almost a carbin copy of last years state title match, and Nathanial foot is Better now, but he is going to have a very tough year there are a lot of Studs out there in the 12U 140 class

who were the placers in this age group and also who are the high schoolers possibly coming back at this weight as well

This was a combined 160-165 weight group at Salina. It was a four man round robin that finished as follows:

1. Jacob Nowak STA 2. Marshal Swoyer Pratt 3. Corbin Haughenberry Northland (Missouri wrestler)
4. D. Pryor Topeka Terminators

High schoolers who could come back in this 160-165-175 weight groups include Tyler Kuhn-Maize, Dustin Moses, EJ Walter-STA just to name a couple. I am sure I left off some here and perhaps some others can give some more names.

Mr. Swoyer thank you for your kind words about Jacob. My entire family really likes and respects Marshal. The friendly rivalry between Marshal and Jacob is very competitive and exciting. That was sure another exciting one in Salina on Saturday.

Vince-are you guys going to spread out in the STA club with your boy and Walter, anyone else?

That is something that Jacob may want to consider when EJ Walter and another good 9th grader Adam Anstine comes back after high school. I am not sure about Adam but I know EJ has been wrestling at 160. They could be all at the same weight and 160 and 165 are sure close enough that we should be able to split them between those two weights. Jacob weighed 164 at Salina. He could conceivably end up at 160,165 or 175.
