Open Room will be from 6-8 in the high school wrestling room. Rock Rd & Madison. The room this week will be much cooler I promise. We will again begin with some cardio and then go live for 1 1/2 hrs. We will be changing it up several times, situations, spurts, bull in the ring etc. Should have another good/tough group.
