When is the latest a wrestler can change weight classes?
Each district MAY have different rules however generally a weight change MAY be allowed prior to the start of seeding at the seeding meeting for sub-districts.
If a wrestler weighs in at subs 2 pounds heavy what then? Does he get a second weigh in or can he move up a weight? or, for a lack of a better term, is he S.O.L.

If a wrestler fails to make weight at the sub-district, district, or state tournament their participation in the state championship series is over.
