I don't know for sure, but I'm sure that the USA card that parents sign probably takes care of the liability issue.

I'm no attorney, just a common sense guy trying to keep up with all the BS that we are required to do to "help the kids". How about for once we "help the parents"??

If we ever want to get our wrestling numbers up, we need to start making it more affordable, and easier, to participate. Trackwrestling is a good thing, but we don't need the other paperwork BS along with it.

And while I am on this rant: Earlier this season I was getting help from you all on putting the kids on my team on the trackwrestling, so that when I enter them in a trackwrestling tourney, I only had to put in the 6 or 8 digit TW number, and it would instantly bring up all of that kid's info,(Name, Birth date, USA Card #, age group, etc) and all I needed to do was click on the correct weight. So last Wednesday, I figured I had about a 15-20 minute job of entering my 29 kids into subdistricts, and I'll be darned, I couldn't just type in that trackwrestling number, I had to enter ALL OF THE KIDS INFO again, for all 29 kids. If we are going to use trackwrestling, why don't we use ALL of its features? It was so nice entering trackwrestling tourneys after that one time of keying in all of the kids' info.

Keep
It
Simple
Stupid

I'd really be interested in replies from the people that are in charge of doing all of this entering, gathering signup sheets, answering the phone late at night and finding a piece of scratch paper to write down a weight change, etc., as they are the ones that really know the BS that goes along with entering kids in these qualifiers. Maybe I'm just lazy.
